Arthur had a career for 33 years in Insurance and as a Financial Consultant in both California and Arizona. As President of Professional Business Analysis, Art worked with professionals and business owners. He also served on Boards of Directors of various organizations. He was a member for 22 years of Rotary International in the U.S. and more recently in Guatemala. He served as President of the Paradise Valley Rotary Club in Arizona.
Lisa had a 20 year career in the Real Estate industry. She was President of a Real Estate company and experienced in selling homes, commercial buildings and businesses. Lisa also served on various Boards of Directors for various organizations in Scottsdale, Az. and was a Real Estate Trainer and Conference Speaker.
Called by the Lord, Jesus Christ, to serve in Guatemala, Central America, Art & Lisa have been in full-time Christian ministry there since 1996. Art & Lisa are Certified Representatives of Character First! based in Oklahoma City. Art & Lisa give live Character First! seminars to government leaders, business owners and professionals throughout the Republic of Guatemala, equiping them to have a government department, business or organization of good character. As representatives of the Institute of Basic Life Principles, they also teach Biblical principles to groups on DVD. Lisa enjoys teaching a weekly Lady’s Bible Study to the impoverished women in the area. For eight years they had a Boy’s Club, “Falcons of the Great King”, for the under-privileged boys in their town. Under the covering of Ripe for Harvest, (see www.ripeforharvest.org) Art & Lisa seek to share the gospel and Biblical principles with the nationals of Guatemala.
